It’s that time again, the month of all things spooky, creepy and stinky. Because like every year, I know a majority of the films on this list are going to be real stinkers. But I do it for you. That’s a lie, I would most likely be watching these anyways.
From the looks of it, we might have some real gems here. The one I’m most excited for is the Toxic Avenger remake which was shelved for like 3 years because no distributor wanted to touch it. Thankfully, after the success of Terrifier 3, someone finally took a chance, and it got its long last theater run. Now as of yesterday it has come out on VOD.
And will be the first official horror movie I watch this Horror Month.
I had to gather several different sources to make this list, as the site I had been using for years changed how they showcase upcoming horror movies, by not showing them at all, even though “upcoming horror” is in the damn title of the site!
So how this works is, on twitter (Captain Peachfuzz (@CPeachfuzz) / X) I’ll be reviewing every movie I see and at the end of the week I’ll post it here with a more detailed short review. A weekly wrap up if you will.
During the month I’ll also be doing full reviews of newer movies and if Hank is still up for it, a review of a horror classic, him the script and me the movie. What those movies will be is still to be decided.
