-

Hi all and here are the scripts we’re taking a look at this week.

Wednesday 4/11Natural Assassin by Lisa Scott

In a dystopian near-future, a “natural” born man joins an extremist genetic modification movement and becomes embroiled in a presidential assassination.

Thursday 4/12Storm Dragons by Leonardo Reis

The ancient Covenant of the Dragon decrees that to begin a war, a nation needs to defeat a champion in a one on one duel to the death. Undefeatable warriors, the Storm Dragons have kept the peace for centuries, but tragedy and betrayal will soon change the world’s fate forever.

Friday 4/13Race for the Galaxy by Carey Grayson

A cocky, trans-galactic racer is thrust headlong into an intergalactic war against an evil army determined to conquer the galaxy.

Saturday 4/14Return Fire by Joe Dinicola and Antony Davies

After discovering an abandoned Nazi laboratory, a team of US Special Forces is accidentally transported through time to WWII which triggers a chain reaction that could alter the course of the war in favor of the Germans.

Sunday 4/15The Alien Diaries by Glenn J. Devlin

While appraising old and rare books at a restored colonial plantation, a book collector stumbles across a series of diaries that chronicle an alien visitation in 1781.

Only one script via Rapid Share this week.

Remember, when you click a script that’s on Rapid Share, all you need to do is click the button under the section “Save File to…your computer” (it’s the green button in the middle). There’s nothing to pay for or sign up for. Once you click that button it saves just like any other file.

  1. Oh yeah! Looking forward to some more reviews from writers on Amazon Studios. I always thought that “Return Fire” had a lot of potential.

  2. Thanks Ryan,

We hope WtR can help give us some light on what we can do to bring Return Fire to the next level. Looking forward to it, guys!

    • Leo,

I apologize but with doing these reviews along with real life stuff, you caught us a bit late. In some cases (depending on our schedules) Roy and I are reading scripts a week in advance.

The script you submit is the one we read, which we’ll be updating in the submission rules.

I’m sure the notes will still be handy and if there’s a part you’ve already fixed, that’s one less thing you’ll need to change in a future rewrite.

      • No problem, Hank.

I had got some new feedback and decided to do some fixes after your scheduling.

I confess I’m a little bit frustrated you didn’t read my “best” draft and I won’t know how and if my changes are working, but I think I will survive. 🙁

And, of course, I’m sure your comments will be wise and useful as usual. 🙂
